Ordering & payment

What payment methods do you accept?

At JOU. conceptstore you can pay securely via iDEAL, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Bancontact, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed via a secure connection.

Can I still change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible via info@jouconceptstore.nl. As long as the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to help you.

Shipping & delivery

How quickly will my order be shipped?

Orders are processed from Wednesday to Saturday (before 2:00 PM). Orders placed on Saturday after 2:00 PM or on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday will be processed on the next Wednesday. You will receive a confirmation with track & trace once your package is on its way.

What are the shipping costs?

We ship within the Netherlands at the following rates:

• Letterbox package: €4.95
• Parcel: €6.95

The shipping type is determined based on your order and will be visible at checkout.

Do you also deliver outside the Netherlands?

Currently, we only deliver within the Netherlands. Keep an eye on our website for updates on international shipping.

Returns & exchanges

What is your return policy?

You can return products within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Send an email to info@jouconceptstore.nl to register a return. View our extensive return policy for all details.

Are return costs reimbursed?

Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the product was damaged or delivered incorrectly.

What are Storytiles?

Storytiles are personalized tiles on which you capture a special moment — such as a wedding day, birth, or anniversary. They are handmade and make a unique and lasting gift.

Can the products also be viewed in the store?

Yes! You are most welcome in our concept store. View our opening hours and address on the contact page.

Is gift wrapping possible?

Yes, upon request, we can provide beautiful gift wrapping. Please mention this in the comments field of your order.
